We pioneered the use of pear ripening rooms in 2005 and have spent the past two decades perfecting the process to deliver a consistently exceptional, ready-to-eat pear. Our four Thermal Tech Tarpless ripening rooms, designed specifically for pears, use high-volume forced air, precise temperature control, natural ethylene exposure, and high humidity to gently guide fruit from harvest to peak eating quality. Backed by a highly skilled team and ongoing collaboration with Pacific Northwest pear research initiatives, this carefully managed approach ensures outstanding flavor, texture, and freshness so every pear reaches consumers exactly as it should.
